SendGrid and Twilio are currently experiencing service issues affecting Email and SMS delivery. As a result, OneLogin MFA factors that rely on Email or SMS may be impacted. This issue originates with the upstream providers and is not related to OneLogin. All other OneLogin components are functioning as intended. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available. Twilio's status page can be found here: https://status.twilio.com/ Users affected by this issue are encouraged to use an alternative MFA method (such as OneLogin Protect or another authenticator app) where available.

OneLogin Engineers have identified an issue with the OneLogin SSO Services; some customers may be experiencing degraded performance. We are working to quickly restore service.
